Hotel is fine - Front desk is not.
Pretty standard suburban hotel. Above average pool. My only complaint is the guy at the front desk, RIck. He's a lier. We asked for a late checkout and he made up some excuse about not allowing late check outs that day, even though we were starwood preferred. So you can imagine our surprise when a few hours later we learned that our friends, who were also starwood preferred gold were automatically given a 4 PM checkout, without even asking. I can't believe RIck lied to us and wouldn't give us a late check out. We were going to a wedding at the hotel that nite, and had to hang out at the hotel bar until the event started.
