an oriental oasis. Ixora is one of Hunterdon's finest restaurants for a serious foody. service is excellent. atmosphere is subdued so conversation is easy. The menu offers a number of top choices and the desserts are excellent. A personal favorite is the Thai shrimp and also the sushi. The wait staff will serve your wine with elan.

Pricey Shushi. The sushi here is so pricey yet so fresh and so delicious! This is definitly a place you can't do too often or you'll go broke. Some of their desserts are to die for...
