Tips for Forest Hill Terrace Apartment

Do not move in here.. Do not move in here. I lived here over a year and it's the worst place to commit a lease to. The apartments are in desperate needs of renovation- peeling wall paints, non working fridge, stove and lights. Windows are broken and cant be locked. No hot water and heat. Cars get broken into. The management ignore all requests and questions after the lease is signed. Do not move in here.
