I guess this place has changed, because when I went there yesterday the service was excellent. I barely waited at all and the staff was very willing to help me with my concerns. Dr. Morgan was helpful and thorough. Would give 5 stars.

Office staff will LIE, doctor is mediocre. I went there with my two boys for simple eye exams. I was very upfront about my vision insurance plan and that my regular health care did not cover vision. I was assured, in a rather offhand manner that my insurance was accepted.

Dr. Morgan spent less than 15 minutes with each kid, and did not even note my one son's lazy eye. Then I get a bill for over $400 and am THEN told that they don't take my vision plan.

When I called to speak to the person in billing I was told that it was "not her problem" that the front desk lied to me. THEN they started charging me interest on my unpaid bill, which I was not paying since they LIED to me.

If you choose to use this office be sure that you contact your insurance company on your own and don't rely on their office to do their own jobs.

Rude Office Staff. Make sure you never leave messages for anyone at this Physicians office. They claim to never receive it. If you ever talk to Karen the office manager remember "She is in no mood to argue".

Excellent Doctor, Great Care, Great with Kids. Dr. Chen is a fantastic doctor, and she's great with my preschooler. She performed a surgery to correct my son's strabismus when he was two, and we were impressed with her bedside manner (particularly with him) and her professionalism - and the fact that the practice didn't feel like a chop-shop . She's very matter-of-fact, and she doesn't gloss things over, but she is honest and kind. Don't expect any small talk, though.

Office staff is pretty bad, so make sure you confirm your own appointment! Also, wait times can be lengthy. She's the best and one of the only pediatric eye specialists in the area, so the place is always pretty busy.
