SAVA TREE. After the storm and heavy rain this year I lost some tall evergreens. Called up Savatree got a quote which was high but wanted the job done right and professional. WOW what a mistake. The guys were on the property for 2 hours. 3 guys had lunch and slept on the floor of my walk way in front of the house for an hour and a half and did a half hour of work that looks like who did it and ran.... Had the guy who gave the quote come by and see there quality work......He was shocked and had to send another crew....Still not impressed with what was done ....Best part was when they were sleeping on the floor it was all on VIDEO... I asked if sleeping while at work was company policy....... : )

Scheduling after you deposit. We had several trees down after a storm this year. After getting quotes from 4 different companies we decided to go with SavATree because they seemed professional and, while not the least expensive option, the best value.

However, after we signed the contract and gave our deposit we heard nothing. We called on a Monday and were told that on that Thursday they would call us to confirm the date on which they'd do the work.

... They never called. We emailed them and they said they would tell us the next Thursday.

The next Thursday came and still no world.

I'm sure in the end they will come and do a great job, but until then, we wait, wondering how much interest they will be earning our $4,000 deposit before they proactively communicate with us.
