horrible place

HORRIBLE PLACE! I couldn't say enough bad things about this practice. It is NOT for someone who struggles with getting pregnant. After going through multiple IVF's I finally got pregnant and went back to this practice for pregnancy care. I was so scared and wanted to be comfortated and listened to when I had my concerns about this pregnancy. They brushed me off like I was just another paraniod pregnant woman. The nurse Louise just kept telling me this is no big deal and that her daughter had a horrible pregnancy and everything is fine. Well everything was not fine. I wanted more ultra sounds and wanted to be monitored more closely. With my home doppler I found my baby had no heart beat. After going right over to the hospital we found out my baby had passed at 18 weeks. Dr. Uzbay could only say she was sorry, and passed me along to another rude doctor who performed a D&E. Dr. Uzbay and her staff never even called me after the surgery to see if I was doing okay. Talk about NOT being Understanding Women. I felt like just a number to them and they really didn't care about my own emotional and physical well being. For someone struggling like me with infertility DO NOT go to this place. I agree with the last review, they are rude and immature.

Rude immature little nurses one size fits all??

I do not recommend Understanding women at all! The two young nurses that work there are very rude and immature. They were literally laughing at me like two school girls making fun of someone else.
Also, I have major concerns about my health and what is going on with it, and I was not taken seriously, and felt that I was being judged as a neurotic person. That was my second visit, the first visit, I felt lack of bedside manners as well.
The practice was empty, and I understand why. I will never go back to that place!
