I had a great experience here in Botanica Day Spa. The service is great and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful.

Lucky to have found this place. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to this day spa. It looks like a little house from the outside, but once you walk in, it is a little piece of heaven. The service was not only excellent, with friendly smiles everywhere, but it was also peaceful, calm and private. If you want to come to a place where you can get a peace of mind, this is it. I have been to the Fountain, where it was just hustle and bustle everywhere...not my style.

I had gotten the Microdermabrasion with Hiyan, and my face has never been so clear before. She was amazing! She had even gotten rid of a scar only after 2 treatments, a scar since I had since my childhood! I also got the Hot Stone Massage, simply amazing, period.

The prices were about average, as other day spas in NJ, but more than reasonable for the service that this place offers. The only downside of this place is that it is a far drive for me, but well worth it.

Best Day Spa!!. I have been to day spas all over NJ and Botanica Day Spa is one of my favorite! I always get their Dead Sea Salt body scrub and Swedish Massage. In this day spa, you get high end service and products with very reasonable prices in a very relaxing, private environment. I love it!

Unfair Gift Certificate Expir. Dates. RE: NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE W/SPA MGMT: I received a gift cerficate for this spa, along with 4 other gift certificates(big birthday). Although the certificate did list the expiration date, I never checked it because I assumed it was 1 year. Most spa certificates I have ever received or given are for 1 yr. When I got around to booking a treatment, the certificate had expired. I explained this to the mgmt, who I feel were very unreasonable, inflexible, and non-understanding. I was offered 1 specific service(for which I had no interest), costing less approx. 30% of my certif. value. I asked for another service at the same 30% value and that was refused. I would think that Customer Satisfaction should be a priority; apparently it is NOT.
