Incompetent idiots, horrible experience. First i'll start with the receptionist who told me over the phone that they did not do rapid anticipation loans anymore. Then i go to the office anyway because i knew that what she said was bull, only to see RAC advertisements all over the desk that she is sitting at. What the hell was that? Then after waiting waiting an hour for someone to help me, while the whole time two employees where sitting on thier rear ends doing nothing, i get an idiot who can bearly speak or understand english. (you know those a**holes who just respond "yes" to you insted of admitting that they dont understand your question.) This guy convinced me that i could still get an RAC even if my efile was kicked back and we needed to file by mail. I asked him "are you sure?" He replied "yes" I explained that i was not going to pay money to do a file by mail unless this was possible because if thats the cause, i could do that myself. After it took him two hours to file a simple 1040a because it seemed he was struggling to read english, as i was pointing things out to him that he was doing wrong, we finally got to the end and this a**hole tells me he doesnt know now if its going to work, because he has never done this before, and that i will have to call in the morning to find out. I was furious and asked him "why the f__k did you lie to me and waste my whole night?" He replied " I don't know."

This was not the first time something like this happened. Just the other day i took my little brother to the office in Jersey City and we got stuck with an idiot who bearly spoke english and if i had not been there he would have screwed my little brother. This guy had no idea what he was doing and had to keep asking people for help to do a simple 1040ez. I will never do business with them again. They hire anybody and they are BY NO MEANS TAX PROFESSIONALS. They are mearly entry level data entry clerks who bearly speak english.

If you live in New Jersey and need assistance to do your taxes, you can go to the IRS building in Newark and they will do it with you and file it for free as long as its not a complex retrurn. Then you can just go right around the corner to the state building at 124 Halsey and they will do your state return with you for free. Parking and traffic is a little rough but worth it. Dont give those morons at H & R block a cent.

International accounting franchise provides tax preparation and personal finance management across 21 countries.. In Short
Known for its green block logo, this Kansas City, Mo.-based company started helping customers complete their annual income tax forms in 1955 the same year the IRS stopped doing it for free. Founding brothers Henry and Richard Bloch quickly franchised their idea and, in 2000, the financial centers' repertoire began to include year-round services, such as mortgage and brokerage services, annuities, mutual funds and IRAs and eforms
