RUDE. I have been here three times now and everytime I can't stand the man in the reception desk. He is extremely rude. He does not even acknowledge you when you walk in. I had called earlier in the day to come in for an eyebrow waxing and they told me just to come. Then when I got there, he turned me away because I did not have an appointment. I asked him if I should just take my business else where and replied, YES! I will NEVER go back there again.

great service. not only are the services great, but z spa makes everything easy so you can really relax. there's no pressure, everything is timely, it's really quiet and relaxing in there.... basically, they make sure every aspect of your experience is convenient. you just have to show on time. the best is buying gift certificates there. it's fast, you can buy one for whatever you want, it looks nice and even has a bow so no need to wrap, it never expires, and they keep meticulous records of it in case you lose it so i never have to worry. everyone i have given a gift certificate to from there has loved it! i'm a regular.
