Consistently Impressed!. As someone who deals with a variety of customer service representatives in some of the most notoriously difficult fields, such as banking and insurance, on a regular basis, I tend to have little patience with this subset. Convenience store clerks and owners too often fall into this category., which is why I was delightfully surprised to receive consistent excellent service and quality from this cute little store on the lake. It's clear the owners take pride in the way the store looks as well as the wide variety, selection, and degree of freshness in their products. I have always found their sandwiches, ice cream and other special treats to be delicious and freshly prepared. I have also always received prompt courteous service. The managers and clerks always greet me, sometimes going out of their way to do so. This level of quality and service usually comes with a hefty price tag--not so at Landing Market! It's incredibly refreshing to be able to purchase quality and affordable products at a little convenience store, knowing that I'm supporting small business, too!

I don't recommend. The staff is rude. When the owners aren't there, the "KIDS" they have running it will sit and talk while you wait to be served (with no other customers). They raise their prices it seems daily. Every time I've gone in there's a different price for everything except the coffee (which is almost always stale/burnt). I honestly thought this place would be better but it started off good and has gone DOWNHILL! The owners should really pay attention to the people they employ and how they treat their customers. One person has a good experience they tell a couple of people, one person has several BAD experiences they tell a whole bunch of people!
