Prior to finding Atlas I was struggling to find the stone that I wanted. The staff was very friendly, and helped me find exactly what I wanted for a great price. The showroom was clean, neat and had great presentation. I will be recommending them to all my friends. Looking forward to their new larger location in springfield!
I found the selection, price and people very helpful, prompt and informative. Actually thought enjoyed the fact that there was so much team work amongst themselves and other suppliers/contractors. Very east to do buisness with and I would definately recomend!!!!!!
Horrible.
If I could've rated them with 0 stars I would.
They are the most unorganized business I have seen yet.
Granite was ordered and deposit left. It started with having the template made. Their guy couldn't make it. I had already taken the afternoon off from work - having to use my vacation time. They finally sent a guy, who got there three hours after the orignal scheduled time.
The install was to take place a week later.
Guys were behind schedule AGAIN, and showed up 3 hours late....and with the wrong sinks. So, obviously no install that day.
We called about the sinks and they actually aruged that we didin't order the specific color....yet reschdueld the install for the next evening. My husband took the afternoon off from work to be there for the install. No call/no show. Until we called the office and were informed that they weren't able to make it that night. and then reschduled again for the next day. My husband takes another day off from work....
They are late, but at least they show....and with the right sinks...
AMAZING....they make sure they collect the remainig $200 we owe them..
I WONDER WHO IS GOING TO PAY US FOR OUR TIME LOST???????
Save yourself the aggravation, and don't use them.
