fresh. Great place. The waitresses are a bit pushy when it comes to ordering, but the place has a half priced menu for lunch every day (except Sundays)

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!. AWFUL!!!!! I was so excited to go to this place. Everyone had said wonderful things about it, but my experience was horrendous. First off, we were told there was no wait for a table but we ended up waiting for 30 minutes, which was fine. We sat down, the table was filthy, the rags they were using to clean up the tables was disgusting! Then we placed our dinner order. I got sushi and my boyfriend ordered a grilled fish dish. Our food took 40 minutes!!!! People who had ordered after me were done eating before we even got our food. Then, our food comes. The waitress put in the wrong order for my boyfriend. So, not only did we have to wait for an incredible amount of time, but now it was the wrong order. At this point we decided to take our food order to go, we were going to wait any longer. At which point, the waitress came and told us that we would have to pay extra to take the meal to go, (I had gotten the 1/2 price sushi). There was no sympathy, no apology, the only option we were given was to cancel the whole order or pay full price. I will never go there again! If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. As for the food, I didn't even have a chance to try it. The staff is poorly trained and have terrible attitudes.

Great Specials - Delicious. When we drove into the shopping center, I did not have super high hopes for Fuji Yama Mamma, but it was a friend's pick, so I went along. Not only was I surprised at how big the interior was, but it was also much hipper than one would expect of a shopping center in Jersey. The staff was curteous, though very busy - it does get crowded ... Seems that everyone knows about the half-price specials on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The sushi was delicious and very fresh tasting - not super fishy at all. We loved the place so much, that it is now our birthday going out restaurant.
