The best part about this place is that the train to NYC is so close and only takes me 35 to 40 min to get to work. We have lived in a 1bdrm/1ba for over a year. The apartment itself is very large and the Kitchen is VERY big and boast a lot of cabinet space. The ceilings are high. The bathroom is also large for an apartment, as is the bedroom. But, the best part is the VERY LARGE walk-in closet that is great for storage! Our balcony is also a plus! I really like our apartment, especially since it's a very new complex. The work-out center is nice also! ----, the manager, is excellent and is extremely helpful!

Yes there was a lot of damage from hurricane sandy, but management tried to take care of the damage as quickly as they could, and they did post information about the elevators and the progress with them. They also had supers available several times a day to help with carrying stuff up the stairs.

I lived at River Place at Rahway for 3 years and the only reason I moved out was to move into my first house. The apartment is relatively clean and well kept, you feel safe and secure there, and the staff is superb.

We lived at River Place for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. The support staff is awesome - Jeff is always quick to respond to every query and is super friendly. Ramses and his maintenance crew do an amazing job. The building is 5 years old but doesnt seem so at all. Its so very well maintained. Its a very nice and safe community as well. Its a boon to be so close to the station. We will surely miss River Place!

During our 3 years of stay we didn't find a single thing to complain about. The Property Manager (Jeff Halter) is very professional and friendly. It's hard not to stop by the office and wish him whenever he is available over the weekend.

This was a very comfortable home for us for about 7 months. Our experience with Riverplace at Rahway was excellent from the moment we made our first telephone enquiry right up to the time we had to say good-bye.

I've been living at riverplace for the last 1.5 years, and I've enjoyed my stay thus far. The manager (Jeff) is very helpful, and gets things done quickly. The onsite maintenance person (Ramses) is great, always jovial and ready to make fixes (if you ever need one). The building looks pretty new, and is well maintained (including the small gym).

My spouse and I lived here for a year and we both agree it was an excellent apartment building. Jeff was an extremely attentive building manager who really cares about the quality of the place and Ramses, the super, always responded immediately to anything that needed doing and his work was always professionally completed. The building is very safe, with an exterior key fob system and individual alarm systems in the apartments.

I especially love that if I have a package arriving, they will accept it and hold it, leave it outside your door or even inside your apartment if you prefer. Everything is convenient from this location, i.e., trains to NYC, shopping (3 malls within 10 minutes), cleaners, coffee, post office, etc. They are a pet friendly building and offer a dedicated parking space indoors if you prefer. The area is well lite at night and very safe...the police station is across the road. I recommend this place very highly.

I have lived at River Place for 2 years....I absolutely love it! The units are spacious, laid out well. The building is well maintained, especially during the winter months. Maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently. All inspections done on time and they are very accommodating to your schedule. Jeff (Bldg. Manager)is the best. He and all the maintenance staff are always available to help resolve an issue
