No pride. have soo had it with this particular wendys! I use the drive thru daily, they "cannot" (care enough) to get a simple order correct! I hate sweet tea, I despise coffee, yet when I order a large UNsweetened tea(s) its like they must be at the bottom of the pot, cause I get it mixed with coffee or sweet tea. *THIS I watched from the window while waiting for it. He turns his back in front of the pot so he thinks I can't see him adding sweet tea to an Unsweet I order! what if I were diabetic? allergic? etc: !! today-- I get a mixture of tea and coffee. gross! I usually drive right back through and have them correct this but no more. they don't care enough to keep me as a returning customer, I don't care then to return. (and yes, I have even brought this to the mgrs attention. he seemed unphased by it).so,, he does this also, just to make that buck? thinking its a drive thru,-I'm safe. Today is my last visit to this wendys. there are too many other places around this wendys who would enjoy having my money. DD- BK -7-eleven, etc; someplace will have enough pride in them selves to want to get an order correct to have a repeating customer. people talk ya know. I know I am.
Never, ever, use the drive thru!. Your order will be wrong; ususally missing something. I live nearby and try every so often but I always regret it in the end. I've gone home without my kids entry in the kids meal bag, without straws or napkins, without my dinner, without sour cream for the sour cream and chive potato and today was without 3 fish sandwiches. I must say that usually they are very apologetic when I call. I figure they are used to the phone calls.
