After Hurricane Sandy my travel plans were screwed up several times. When I arrived at Newark on a different day and on a different flight, their response was "No Problem" and they had me picked up in about 20 minutes. They did not even charge for me not showing up the day before when my flight was cancelled.

These guys never disappoint. Drivers are on time and great guys to talk to on a long ride. 5 stars.

THEY DON'T SHOW UP!!!. When you reserve or book a limo company, the expectation at a minimum is that they show up to pick up the customer- the only variable should be possibly timing. This company was abysmal as they never showed up- period. I received a call back and an apology for them missing my 5:15am pick up for a trip to Newark airport for a 7am flight and had to scramble for a cab to get me there on time.

If that's not bad enough- THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE PICK UP FOR THE RETURN FLIGHT EITHER!!!

Abysmal cannot adequately describe their lack of their most simple service- TO SHOW UP.

For anyone who travels extensively, the last thing you need to fret about is a car service doing what their supposed to do- and that's pick you up on time AND IN THIS CASE...they missed the front and back end of the trip.

Calling with an apology after missing the departure screw up and then forgetting about picking me up on the return flight is UNREAL.

I'm only posting to let others know to look elsewhere- it's only fair to have a forum to speak out against such an important service.

My Almost Died From Not Getting A Ride From AirBrook.. Left my son in a door way Thomas A.Patrick 111 in a doorway after waiting four hours for a driver.When the driver got there he relized it was someone he knew from Leonia from a place called Houlaha's where he worked as a Bartender in New York City,NY. And didn't want to pick him up so he left.My son seen who it was and called Air-Brook to tell them and they hung up the phone as they usually do .Not wanting to her anything about the customers issues.This occurred serveral times with not just the Patrick Family,The Muella Family,The Green Halg Family,The McCael Family.Micheal Micheal died because of not being picked up by a Air-Brook . car.You wonder why these people call only on Air-Brook because they own 89 % of all Taxis.Liousine Srtvice ,Bus 's Under Different names and other soughts of transportation for the Elderly who are major targets for Air-Brook to gain Trust and to due these people in later without malias.It doesn't matter who you are what you do they just do what ever they please in AirBrook.There tied to the Dock Workers Union.The Seafera's Union,The Teachers Union.And all Universities and Colleges they cater to for there own self to get ahead.They target people in the Italian families to pit them against one another depending on who has the most money and value.Its a real problem in the United States and in other Countries their link to terrorist attacks will have to be investigated.

Great service!!!. I've been using Air Brook for years! I've never had a single problem from my wedding to using the shuttle to and from Newark Airport. Very highly recommended!!!
