Took my laptop in for a clean up, no big deal.
The Geek Squad tried hustling me into buying tons of services and products I didnt need and didnt come in for.
I came in for a simple clean up but they had my machine for nearly two weeks -- that cant be normal.
When I got my computer back it was even scratched up on the keyboard!
Are you kidding!!?
I wasnt offered any compensation when I complained. Is that any way to run a business??
I guarantee this company will no longer get my business.
Upon writing reviews I found a company called Secure Remote Support and they really delivered.
They were friendly and they clearly knew what they were talking about.
