I am not a person that can make a high dollar purchase easily. We looked at 62 houses before deciding on which one to buy. I did a lot of internet research, and visited several dealers. I did some emailing with a few dealers, and for the most part, they were all about the same in response time, and answering questions. Flemington Hyundai has a man named Mark that responded to all of my questions quickly. In a tie, that would be a tie breaker, but cash is still king to me, and I am looking for the best value for my dollar. I liked several models, and was not really sold on one ,more than the other. I was looking for a "luxury" type car since I do a lot of driving for work, but I wanted to still get good highway miles. I narrowed it down to 3, a Lexus, a Mercedes, and Hyundai Genesis. My husband told me it was the 2009 Car of the Year, so we put it on the list. I was sold on the new Lexus GS 350, but I thought it was a little crowded in the interior, but it was nice. Mark assured me it would be worth it for me to take a test drive of the Genesis. I did. It road nice, it was roomy. highway miles were good (29 MPG), even fully loaded, beat the Lexus and Mercedes by a couple of grand. I won't give my purchase price, but it was quite a deal, if you compare it to the prices they show on their website.
I could not be happier with the way I was treated. They gave a great service department. My car broke down and I was told it would need a new starter. It was close to an auto repair shop so I had it pushed there. After that, I decided to have it towed to the nearest Hyundai dealer. It was Flemington Hyundai. They ran some tests, found out the starter was fine, but the battery was bad. They put in a new battery, which saved me a lot of money on parts and labor, and I was back on the road. They could have easily taken advantage of me. I know nothing about cars. My car is running fine, and I have not had a single issue starting my car since they fixed it.
Very nice people to work with. Nice selection of cars to choose from. I bought my car from Avery Wadlington. Avery took the time to explain the differences between the SUV's I was looking into buying. I ended up buying the Santa Fe. Based on comparison shopping, I got a good deal. The VIP package put it over the top for me. I can only speak for my experience, but I was very happy with it, and I have no problem recommending them.
Frank Spruce made buying a car at Flemington Hyundai, easy, convenient and actually a pleasurable experience. We hashed out a lot of the details over the internet and phone, and he was a great help shortening the paperwork for a purchase. I contacted several dealerships through the internet. Frank not only was the first to get back to me, he was quick to get me the information I needed. They don't use the internet as just a place to find potential customers. They have the entire internet sales system down to a science so no time is wasted, and as much can get done as possible without being at the dealership. His follow-up has been first rate. I recommend Frank, and Flemington Hyundai both with 5 stars.
After dealing with several different dealerships over a 3 week period I was starting to get a little frustrated. I took a break and did more research on the internet and stumbled across a video from Flemington Hyundai. I don't get to that area much, so I didn't consider them. I emailed them for some information and got a response right away from Mark in internet sales. I followed up with a phone call and made an appointment to come in. I was pleasantly surprised. He was prepared for my visit. He really listened to what I wanted in a car, he wasn't pushy, he met me when I drove up and had the requested vehicles ready for me when I arrived. He was very patient with me as I test drove a few cars and he answered all of my questions in detail. It was a wonderful experience. I bought a Genesis, and so far I am thrilled to own it.
Home Car Delivery is Awesome!. I did the purchase of my new car from Flemington Hyundai almost exclusively over the internet and telephone. It was amazing. I actually took delivery of my 2013 Elantra in my home. They brought the car and all of the paperwork to me. It was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Do the home delivery and skip all the hectic pace of the showroom.
Great Internet Sales Process. My first experience with Flemington Hyundai was via the internet. It was with Mark Vehling, in internet sales. I was very impressed with his quick responses, and also his knowledge of his products. He also made sure to address not only what I needed in a vehicle, but what I wanted in a vehicle. The phone calls that followed were equally friendly and knowledgeable. The other dealers on-line were not as forthcoming, and pushed for me to come in to see them. Mark never pressured me, but worked with me to make I was getting the information I needed. He was the only person, and they were the only dealership that allowed me to negotiate the price and possible trade-in value without leaving home. I was already sold by that point. When I went into Flemington Hyundai to do the deal, I was greeted by a group of people that were very friendly and welcoming. I made the right choice. Mark and the staff made this an easy, stress-free, time saving process for me from start to finish. I highly recommend Mark and Flemington Hyundai.
Repeat Buyer. We currently own a Hyundai Elantra and were looking to buy a new 2012 Sonata. Redmond O'rouke helped us from the start and was not only patient in answering all of our questions, but he also had an excellent work ethic. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about every make of Hyundai, or at least all the ones we were checking into, which was most of them. He took his time, answered questions, showed us how everything worked, and took us on a good test drive, not one of those around the block ones you sometimes get and have no idea how well the car really rides and handles. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for superior customer service when purchasing a new vehicle. Redmond seems to genuinly care about his customers, as does Flemington Hyundai.
I Am A Fan. I recently bought a new Sonata from Flemington Hyundai. My salesman Redmond did a really good job of explaining the different cars and features they had, and treated me great. He was patient with my questions, and seemed to really know what he was talking about. Even though the whole experience was great, I decided to wait and write a review after I had to go back for service. I have been burned before by businesses that started off good, and then as soon as I made the purchase, it was like I didn't exist any more. Not with this dealership. They are really amazing. They are fast friendly, and courteous. Breanna, my service person, is always polite and professional, and she gets the job done. She got me in and out and on my way in a hurry, but got the job done. I am a fan.
Superstar Car. I work from home, so quite often I have the TV on just for the noise. I am not one that enjoys the usual daytime fair. I tend to watch shows from the USA, TNT, and FX realm of entertainment. I noticed an odd shaped H in the grill of one of the cars on Burn Notice, and I saw the Genesis on another show. It turns out this sporty car that looked really nice was the Genesis Coupe. I went to Flemington Hyundai to take a look at it. I had been thinking about buying a car for awhile, but really wan't sure if I wanted to start making payments again, but my old car was starting to have some minor issues. I went the Flemington Hyundai, just to look, or at least that is what I told myself. As soon as I took the Genesis Coupe for a test drive, I was hooked. Thank God they didn't try to take advantage of me. I really wanted that car, but my salesman Tim, was honest, explained everything, offered me some great options, and was very fair. By the way, it is an AWESOME car. Tim is great, Flemiington Hyndai is great, and the Genesis Coupe is amazing!
