I'm a contractor so I have to work with a lot of different carpet cleaners and when I need a carpet cleaned in the Dover area I always call these guys, because of their work ethic.

nothing but good things to say. nothing but good things to say. Great service from start to finish. The customer service agent on the phone was so helpful and made me feel great about their cleaning services. I had them do organic cleaning on my capret along with the sofa, since me and my kids have allergies. Highly Recommended!

Great Carpet Cleaners!. My husband decided to bring some friends home from work for a few drinks and they left their dirty footprints throughout the house. I called up Master Carpet Cleaners to see if they could take the boot prints out of my carpets and to my delight they did! Now all I have to worry about is having people leave their boots at the front door.

Great Upholestry Cleaners. I needed to get the grime out of my sectional and armchair because I love this set but I've had it since the mid 80s! We had another company come out about two years ago and they weren't able to get all the stains out and everything smelled kind of funky afterward--the chemicals they used? I'd pretty much given up and thought about sofa covers. Glad I didn't! These guys did a great job (took care of one of the rugs too--I'd forgotten how colorful the darn thing used to be!) Everything is done with non-toxic materials and not a spot left so we're really happy we didn't opt for the sofa covers!

helped my folks. My parents had a flood in their apartment about a month ago, and it was a problem for me, because they are not so mobile anymore. also It was a stressful time at work + I don?t live nearby. So I called master carpet cleaner with some hope that won't treat them as some of those services treat old folks. It was great to here from my mother that the master carpet cleaner guys were kind and helpful, even with some small stuff that was not their concern. When I got there, the carpets, and the padded chairs were cleaner then the last time I saw it. try them.

Great Service. I threw an awsome party with my roommates last month, and my carpet was disgusting afterwards. I called Flat Rate Carpets, and they did a great job cleaning my carpet. It`s as good as new now. Now whenever I have a crazy party, I know exactly who I`m calling.

Wow. I just got a new puppy and as you can imagine he has been going to town on my new carpet. I called master carpet cleaner, they came on time and did an amazing job. More than I could ever hope for.
