Professionalism & Helpfulness Made our Trip a success. Recently we took 34 students and teachers on a trip back East from the West Coast to study Early American History. I want to specifically thank Jose at the Image Rent a Car center in Newark, New Jersey and in New York City.

His professionalism and helpfulness not only made our trip a success, but a very enjoyable one.

He was thorough with the seats properly fastened in the vans, as well as the making sure all the seat belts were working.
