Absolutely horrendous service, advice and the prices are 3X what are market standard. Usually purchase with online advice and knowledge but broke the rule and paid most dearly. Like most of the reviews listed they are to be avoided.

AWFUL! The employee assured me I could use a power charger on my flight, but he was dead wrong. Then, after that misrepresentation, they hid behind their awful no returns/exchanges policy and refused to take the product back. This place is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible!!! Avoid if you can. Put a minus in front of that star. I was sold a charger for my camera and it didn't work. When I raised this with the salesperson he said they could not give a refund. He tried to justify this by saying that people don't tell the truth about whether things work or not. When I said that whether it was working could be objectively ascertained, he suggested that people (presumably such as myself) may break things on purpose in order to get the refund. Wow. To be fair he did say I could return it for another charger. However, the purpose of buying the charger was for the trip that is now over - I could not use the camera on the trip as a result of the overpriced rubbish they sold. They clearly don't care about customer service as they have a captive audience of rushing travelers who don't have time to read reviews and who have no other choices.

Do not go!. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Avoid this store. For $42 they sold me a HTC incredible charger that does not and has never worked. I emailed about getting an exchange or a refund and have received no response. The take advantage of stranded travelers by selling over prices opened electronics. I thought it was strange that they gave it to me without the box. When it did not work I returned to the store and after some attitude and him trying to tell me it worked I stood my ground and showed the sales person that it did not. He gave me another and was done with it. Unfortunately I learned after my flight that even though the charger looked like it was charging it was in fact not. Waste of money and the people are horrible.

AVOID!!! Total Rip Off. This store is a total rip off, a nice and chatty employee demonstrated some cameras, I bought one after several he showed. I also bought a SD memory and he gave me a case for half the price. Later I found out that the camera was $130 above the retail price, the memory came for $90 instead of $15!!!! It is my fault for not comparing but

Don't shop here. Don't shop here. They have no return or exchange policy.

Bought a pair of Iphone headphones and I found my old ones. Went to return headphones in un opened box

and they would not take them. They said, Read the reciept, there's no return on products sold. Nice policy.

They never told me that while i signed the reciept.
