I clearly had no focus when I went into
the dealership. Paul Powell my salesperson greeted me within a 60 second period. Apologized that he was with client but came back to me with 5 minutes. I explained that I had a couple of things in mind in the Mercedes brand. They let me test drive as many vehicles as my heart desired for as long as I desired. I received no pressure and I have to say that they only carry the finest vehicles - clean, all manuals available etc. Paul knew the cars very well.
I met Pierre the loan guy and he was a teddy bear of a guy. He found financing for me within minutes but actually told me to go home and that he would try to get me better rates the next day. Imagine that...a car dealership telling you to go home while they get you a better financing rate!
I came back the next day and sat with Lee to discuss price. It really hard to discuss price with these guys because they know the market so well. Thanks to the internet they can tell you every car in the region available, year, make, mileage and model. They were $4k lower than any other regional dealer on a car with lower mileage. In the spirit of making a deal he shaved a few hundred off the price. Lee has a tough job. He prices the cars to sell and people still want to negotiate...I guess they forgot why they came to DZ in the first place - PRICE!
They took the car to a reputable dealer for an end to end inspection before I drove it off the lot and also buffed out a minor scratch I found. The closing was seamless. Paul called early in the day to check-in and arrange a time. I showed up without my insurance cards and they aggressively got on the phone to get my insurance binder. and we all lived happily ever after!

Wow! How nice the car is! Paul & Lee were so good to us and Neil had us sign everything and gave us copies. The cars here are beautiful inside and out in the parking lot! So friendly and helpful. We are so glad they were on the internet to show us what they had!

Pierre was a good salesman who went about the sales process in a professional manner. I will highly recommend him and the dealer to others I will definitely come back to DZ motors next time I am in a market for a car or truck.

I was definitely skeptical about purchasing such an expensive vehicle from a used car dealership. I always leased my vehicles from my local Mercedes dealership, but due to my current job, leasing is not an option for me any longer. I came across a vehicle that I really liked at DZ Motors. As I said earlier, I was skeptical, but the price got me to take the ride and I am glad I did. From the first phone call to the dealership to the gentleman who cleaned the car for me when we completed the purchase, it was a positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership. I must say that Lee and Dmitriy put me at ease and exceeded all of my expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and I appreciate that very much. Overall, I must say good job and keep up the good work!
