Poor Business Practice

I recently went into Boonton Power to get an estimate on my mower. I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter while 3 employees carried on with other activities ignoring me. After talking to an employee, he told me that I would have to wait 2 WEEKS for just an estimate. I do not recommend this company to anybody and I think they need to work on how they treat there potential customers.
