Very Shady place. I would never go back to Vac Shack again. I brought my vacuum cleaner there to get fixed, because it just stopped working. I was told they were the only authorized repairer for a miele vacuum. It took them 2 weeks to call me to let me know what the problem was, when they told me they would call me in a week. And when they did call the owner told me that I needed a new motor and it would cost me $400.00. But this is just a quote he will have to call miele to find out how much it will cost. I said ok, this took another 2 weeks to get a call back with a quote. When I kept calling to ask about it they would tell me they didn't have the paper work it front of them they will call me back. When they did call me back they said it was going to cost me between $359.00 to $400.00. I told them that at this point I really don't have the money to fix it and I will just take it home. My husband decided to look at it and took it apart everything was fine, the only thing that needed to be changed was the outlet plug. Which cost my husband $5.00 at home depot. I will never go there again.

Won't honor warranty, you will pay for service not rendered. Be careful. They will charge you for doing absolutely no work on your machine. Make sure you tell them to call you with whatever is wrong before working on your machine, and ask to see the work afterwards (parts, etc.). They will do anything to avoid warranty work. Nothing will fall under warranty coverage by the time they are done. Shady place.
