Service was excellent as always. Wish I did not have to use them so much for newly installed products. Ist. the door of the washer came with big scratch, washer also came with no Y connector for the hot and cold water, and the one sent did not fit because the male and female parts were incorrect. I had to but parts at Home Depot myself. The ignitor blew out, for the lasr service call.

Serviceman came on time, but replaced the wrong part. The company won't fix the machine and won't refund out money. We had the part they removed tested and it worked perfectly. Office staff is nasty. Don't use Darren, he doesn't know what he's doing and didn't even run the diagnostics until the 2nd time he had to come.

The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to do the job right. This was the second time we had to get the same thing fixed. The first company took the easy way and the same problem appeared within a month or so.

I liked about the service was when the repaired was done, the problem reoccurred. I made the called to Dan Marc right away. They called the dispatcher and he called me right back. He came back the next day and re fix the problem on the washer machine.

The Maytag customer service rep was very professional on the telephone. The service tech from Dan Marc Appliance was very courtious and professional. We are vey happy with how we were treated. Thank you. We like our Maytag dishwasher and glad it is working again.
