I've been seeing Mike to repair and/or maintain my vehicles for over 10 years. You will not find another shop anywhere in NJ with the highest level of integrity, honesty, quality of service, professionalism, quick turnaround time, and fair pricing that Cedar Grove Transmission provides. And don't let the name fool you, as these guys are experts in all areas of auto repair. It is truly refreshing to know that you can take your car in for service blind-folded and never again get ripped-off. The only worry I have is if Mike ever decides to retire or sell his shop - what am I to do??

No one better.
Mike's worked on my 2002 BMW and solved problems other guys couldn't find. His estimates are right on and his advice is always useful.
Highly recommended and a rare find.

Superior, thorough, trustworthy transmission service.
I brought my ailing Chrysler in to Mike in September 2008. He gave me an exhaustive, no-pressure diagnosis and three repair options at three price levels. He gave much of his time and attention to ensuring our satisfaction with the result, arranged for us to be able to pick up the car after shop hours, and provided a thorough report of the computer codes he found during his diagnosis. All in all one of the most pleasurable and productive encounters with an automotive pro.
