Diner hooked on seafood restaurant. La Griglia (it's pronounced LA GREE-YA) is serves grilled seafood prepared the Italian way. The food is presented beautifully and tastes even better than it looks. My favorite is grilled salmon served with a sauce of lumpmeat crab, white wine and saffron. The menu is a la carte, but the entree portions are huge. Before my husband and I figured out that ordering entrees provided more than enough food, we tried fried calamari as an appetizer and wild mushroom soup. The calamari was tender and clearly prepared in-house. The mushroom soup was rich and delicious.
