Worst customer service.
went to franks pizza in Lincoln Park last night with 15 people I called 3 days earlier to ask them to hold table they said no reservation, I understood their policy and ask if possible to hold table since it was a large party and offered to leave my credit card number...still same answer "no reservation" you will just have to show up and see if there is room. OK we show up and of course not room the waitress put 2 tables together but not enough and she said just to wait...did not make an effort to do more...the manage was at register saw and heard what was happing and did nothing to help or acknowledge situation. After 40 minutes the group decided to take pizza home and we left...the take out order was $122.57 so imagine the tab if we stayed. When I paid I did speak to the manager and told him that he could have tried to do something to help and he said he was busy and did not need me or my group. Yes the food was good but not worth the humiliation that we received from an egotistical business owner and bad customer service.
Would not recommend this place to anyone...there are many other places that appreciate the business and would welcome customers. not worth rating.
