Good fabrics, Lack of customer service skills. I love shopping at Fabric Warehouse, because the fabrics are exotic and of good quality too. However, the employees are not willing to assist when needed. They always put up this annoying and do not disturb me look, which makes it hard for a customer to approach them. They pretend not to hear when they're called to help. They do not even say "hi" to customers. Awww! Someone needs to address these concerns and teach them customer services skills. Customers are there to spend their hard earned money and not to look at their faces.…

This place has a great selection of fabrics and other sewing needs. You can almost always find what you need and the prices are the best in NJ.
The staff at the checkout counters are nice but the ladies that cut and measure are not helpful, they seem too annoyed to answer your questions.
Look the whole piece over before having it cut, there can be flaws in the fabrics. The cutters don't like this, but if you don't want to have to bring it back later....…
