No response or follow-up

We used this company 10 years ago to replace our windows and couldn't have been more pleased. We moved to a new house and went to use them again. Two years ago, we tried to get them to come out and couldn't get a response. We decided to postpone the window replacement job for two years, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried again. This time they did come out and did an estimate. When we decided to move forward with them, we called twice. We couldn't get anyone to call us back. I wrote them a letter of complaint about their lack of response and still never got a response. Frankly, one shouldn't have to chase a company to take your money!

- Cons: Lack of follow-up/doesn't return calls
