Vitale's Now Open for Dinner!. I can now enjoy the great food of Vitale's for dinner Thurs thru Saturday. The beautiful Tuscany cafe design is so warm and inviting that you'll want to go back again and again. I had a the Crabcake Insalata which was on the specials menu. It was a seared crabcake served on mixed greens with a lemon and basil dressing which was unbelievable. I followed that with the Chicken Sorrentino that was so tender, I didn't need a knife to cut it. My boyfriend had the Porkchops Giambotta which was 2 center cut chops mounded with peppers, potatoes, onion, mushrooms and sausage in a light brown/white wine sauce. I'm talking W_O_W ! I think we would have finished everthing on our plates if it wasn't for the complimentary pepperoni bread, salad and pasta they serve with every meal. We brought are own wine so the bill came to under fifty bucks(another WOW!) and then there giving 15% off right now so we paid just over 40 bucks. I couldn t buy the ingredients and make it at home for less than that. And it was so much nicer getting served instead of shopping, cooking and serving myself.
