STAY AWAY FROM MOTORCYCLE MALL!!! Motorcycle Mall sold me a gas cap for my bike that was the wrong cap, it did not have a pressure release valve in it so when the temp outside dropped to the 30s the air in the tank shrank and caved in my fuel tank!!! I had to contact the manufacturer to force them to replace the tank!!! I rode the bike home and it bucked a bit but seemed like it stopped by the time i got home but the very next time i went to ride the bike it would not go over 20 MPH and seemed to be starving for fuel. I contacted Motorcycle Mall and was told it was not there problem and they were not going to fix it! I never had a problem with my bike before I bought that damned gas cap from them and now I have a motorcycle that wont run all because I bought the part from Motorcycle Mall.

My new motrocycle. Thank you guys for my new kawasaki, runs excellent. you guys are the best. Special thanks to mike who really helped me a lot in regars of choosing the right one, he is also available everytime i need some help or may help some questions.

I am going to stop by next week to look for some items, i can tell it is going to be a nice expereience as well ,and i will take this for granted that i am going to find what i am exactly looking for. thank you again guys you are the best

A Great Experience. I stopped in Motorcycle Mall looking for a part for my other motorcycle and I found a 2008 Kawasaki Concourse. Everyone is very helpful and educated about all there products. I would definitely buy another bike from Motorcycle Mall. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a bike, atv, or boat. They have it all and there prices are right. Great Experience. I purchased the Can-am Renegade 800R. I walked in not sure what i wanted and came out very happy! The sales staff were very informative and respectful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I know that when i have to bring my quad in for service i will get the 5 star treatment.

Great Experience. I recently bought my first bike from Motorcycle Mall and would definitely recommend them. Whether I was just looking or ready to buy the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was nervous after reading some of the bad reviews, but I can say that my experience was nothing like any of them. I had a great experience and intend to continue shopping there.

Parts: Everything I've wanted, when I've wanted.

Service: 104,000 miles trouble free. In and out at the appointed times. Priced right.

This is one of the largest dealers in the country for a very good reason. Everyone there works hard to satisfy the customer. This is the place to go!

Got a Great Shoei Helmet. Sales person took her time with me and made sure I got the helmet, and the price was good. I would recommend going there.

Bogus Deals. They have bogus pricing listed on their website. When you call and ask what the final price will be the sales guy will only tell you the price of the motorcycle and tax. When you actully go there they add on extra fees and the sales guy claims he did not know about them. Bogus pricing just to get you in, stay away.

Great Deal on my new Suzuki C50. I am thrilled that I bought a Suzuki C50 at a great price that Motorcycle Mall gave me over the phone. They came close to a Craigslist offer from a bogus dealer in Central Jersey. They priced my trade-in over the phone too. I was skeptical, and went in thinking they would certainly tack on handling fees, prep fees, destination charges, etc. Or, they would definitely go down on the trade in price. No, they added on nothing, gave me the agreed upon price and even honored the trade-in price they gave me over the phone. I don't understand how there could be negative reviews for this place. They do a lot of volume and can give you a great deal. I think one disgruntled person is going on and on all over the web, shame on them. I am a woman, I went in alone, and found everyone to be extremely helpful and completely without pressure. I have visited and called other dealers who offered $300 more on the bike, and $300 less on the trade-in. A friend recommended this place - her good friend has been working there for over 20 years ( that says something about this place). My friend also has known the owner for decades and assured me he was a great guy. I couldn't speak more highly of this dealer and would recommend anyone go there. Oh, and their sales staff is diversified and they really seem to be one happy family. My salesman, Lonnie, has been there for years. A rarity in this day and age. Go there, you will be happy you did.

Awesome dealer!!. I just bought my Aprilia Sportcity 125 scooter there, and I am very pleased with their service. I got a great deal on the scooter, and they gave me a couple financing offers, which made it easy to choose. Bobby in parts helped me pick up a good helmet and chain lock. I already started to talk to Larry in service about performance upgrades!
