Cannot rely on this location! Buyers beware!

Reserved a car for a road trip. Showed up the morning of my trip to pick it up and they did not have any car to offer me. We ended up using our own car to go on our trip. It was truly upsetting the way they handled us and it was not a great way to start our vacation. Very unprofessional. Buyers beware.
