Have relied upon this company for many years!. This company was the repair service who worked on the appliance for our landlord many years ago. When we bought our own home we called them up whenever there was a need.

We have, on occasion, used other companies when we bought new appliances. We have always come back to Hartman's.

They know appliances, they never try to sell me more than is needed. I once had my washer break and I even asked (after the diagnosis of what was wrong) if it would be better to buy a new one. They assured me this one repair was all that was needed. The machine was a work horse according to Mr. Hartman and we couldn't buy a better made one now. Many years later, we still are using the washer and have not needed repair since. They could have easily sold me a new one, but they were honest with me about the quality of the one I owned.

They have even come out once and replaced a little part that was causing a leak on a dishwasher and only charged me a service call. They could have easily jacked up the price and I never would have known. That is NOT their way.

I HIGHLY recommend this company.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. TOLD MY WIFE IT WOULD BE $300 TO FIX OUR REFRIGERATOR. MADE HER PAY IN FULL FOR THE JOB AND THEN BILLED ME 2 DAYS LATER $491. THAT IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN ! ! ! THERE ARE MANY APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANIES, CHOOSE ANOTHER ! ! ! I WISH THAT THIS SITE WOULD LET ME GIVE THIS COMPANY LESS THAN ONE STAR BUT ONE IS THE MINIMUM.
