Perfectt. The classes at this gym are fantastic. It's open 24 hours Monday-Friday which is perfect for my busy schedule. It can be slightly pricey, but they do offer different plans and sometimes have promotions. Very very clean. Sauna, steam room, and hot...

You could never get bored here!. Spa 23 is a great value because it has so much to offer. A huge variety of quality classes, updated clean equipment, pool for lessons or pleasure, track, babysitting, events for kids and adults, personal training, massage, kinesis, the list goes on. You could never get bored here!

Well run health club. Well run health club. Clean with more than adequate equipment and a knowledgeable staff.Parking has been expanded and now is more than needed, location on the highway is perfect, turnarounds are close by. Membership fees are average, they have specials which they advertise on the signage on the road.

So fun!. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your facility and staff. I joined Spa 23 after meeting Ryan this past summer. Everyone on your staff was superb when I joined. Both Ryan and Mike gave us a tour and thorough explanation about your facility. They are always friendly and take the time to explain things. Your front desk staff and your maintenance staff are also always cordial and friendly. I was shocked that your front desk staff call us by name and always ask us about our workouts! I can't tell you how thrilled I am with your instructors. My highest compliments go to Erin who teaches the group active class. She engages everyone, always has a smile on her face, and she makes me believe that I can actually do it! She has a great energy and spirit which comes through in her classes. With her inspiration, I am learning how to lift weights, do step, and actually move again.

lost over 100 pounds. Well, I have lost over 100 pounds and 10 inches in my waist. This could have never happened without everyone at Spa 23. Everyone from the great front desk staff to the pool staff and fitness staff keeps me focused and sane.

Lifeguards and swim staff are great.. It is because of your staff that I am always challenged to try new things and take my workouts to a higher level. I have played racquetball, and swim every week. The lifeguards and swim staff are also great.
