Sandreen's Doesn't Want Your Business. Most unbelievable experience in my life, and not in a good way. The older lady that works there, I am not sure if she's the owner or what not, but she was RUDE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL.

Like most people, before they commit to a dress or location they shop around for the best price. I had a better price offer at another location. Although, being that Sandreen's was located closer to where I live, I thought that maybe they would offer a better price on the dress after hearing about a competitors price. Although, when I went to the store to try on the dress, the older women remembered me from a phone call that I had made to inquire about the dress style and price. After entering, I was not offered any help and had to find the dress myself and see myself to the fitting room. When I was in the fitting room the older women walked in on me, I thought to check to see how I was doing and if the dress fit. Although, now that I come to think of it, I don't even know why she walked in, when she had no intentions to help me. I simply asked her, what size did she think would better fit me, as the sample dress was much too big. She responded, why would I help size you when you are buying your dress somewhere else. I could not believe this was how a potential client would be treated. I was shocked and appalled. As I quickly got dressed I told her, that she lost any future business from me and anyone I know. I said, "how were you certain that I was wasn't going to buy the dress here. What if I fell in love with your service." Seriously who cares about the $20 I would have saved at the other store.

Before this incident, I thought that I would go back there for any future occasions, being that it was so close to my house NOW FORGET ABOUT IT. I will NEVER do business with them, and I hope that anyone who reads this will take their business elsewhere, because clearly they don't need it nor want it.
