Good Chinese, Small Restaurant. If it helps, I am a Chinese food aficionado. Compared to other Chinese food I've had this was very good. The drawback of Empire is it is very small and can only accomodate a limited number of people at a time which is odd for a Chinese restaurant. It is also a BYO, which keeps the prices very affordable, but also deprives you of the experience of having that much looked-forward-to Mai Tai.
