Rural Treasure!. Tucked away in the quiet countryside community of Califon, Tony's Bistro offers cozy, intimate dining with an expansive menu of superb entrees and daily specials, with many varieties of veal, salad, chicken, pasta, fish, and beef, and a large selection of superb personal and full size brick oven pizzas. The endless garlic knot rolls are to die for! There are always a half dozen or so specialty brews on tap and a full selection of wines is available. There is even a huge spread for Sunday brunch where kids all eat free.

Long time owner and chef Tony and his experienced & attentive staff provide very friendly service and generous portions of meticulously prepared meals at affordable prices. My Mom & Dad's weekly favorite, Tony's Bistro is also our destination of choice for special family celebrations with their grandkids. Whether you visit for a business lunch, for a quiet dinner, for a family treat, or for a special occasion, I'm convinced you will be very pleased with the delicious fare, outstanding service, and warm, friendly atmosphere at Tony's Bistro, and will likely come away as a new-found friends of Tony and our favorite waiter, Willy, as well.

Excellent Food, Service and Atmosphere. I actually used to work here but also love to dine there when not working. Tony makes a wide variety of great foods, but my favorite is the Chicken Marsala. It is a must have. Also the restaurant really has a romantic setting, no matter what time a day you go. It also has a kid friendly menu. Well worth the trip.

A local treasure. Tony's has matured as a food destination over the last decade. The dinner menu has extensive choices but we somehow always seem to gravitate to one of the veal dishes which are superb. The bar, while small, is lively. the wine list has good though limited selections at very reasonable prices.

Tony's also offers a reasonable lunch buffet
