Can you say RACIST white TRASH?. Can you say RACIST white TRASH? After the trailer-park-dirty waitress got an attitude when I asked for the big chunks of food to be wiped off of the table after the fat, rude hostess sat us, she placed our silverware ON THE SEAT while she snarked to the busboy to wipe the table "for HER" and pointed at me.

Now, I am used to ugly, fat females being jealous of the fact that I'm fit and fashionable. However, the sneers from the staff and equally gruesome patrons was because our group was a mixture of beatiful-brown skinned and white people. My group and I chose to leave because I said I don't want these creatures spitting in our food. The waitress rushed to the owner and as I got to him, she was whining as if butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, "I don't know why they got up to leave."

As I explained to this transplanted-latino who thinks he's "arrived" into the styx of Joisey, he nodded, said nothing, and obviously didn't care. I told him that he will deal with his karma.

What I want this pig to know is that he has been useful to me for the oxygen he wastes: I just shopped a television concept to a cable channel to do a reality TV show on establishments that represent "the ugly American" - the kinds of places and people who make terrorists want to blow up our country. And this owner is a foreigner - NOT American. I'll bet he's from the Dominican Republic and tells the locals he's from South America so that he can think he's "accepted."

So, I wrote a letter to him and said, "And since I expect you to be typical in every way, I've written this letter in REAL Spanish because I'm sure that, after living in this country for decades, you still no-speaky-the-English." Touche.

FYI, I'm half Dominican.

And the entire "decor" is dead animals that the owner killed and had stuffed.…

Good food good prices, but check your bill.. We just went to Pub 199 for father's day. We had 7 people in our party. The clams were great as always. A little disappointed that they ran out of the 6 pd. lobsters, but we all enjoyed our meals. When the bill came we were in a hurry to get the grandparents home and did not check the bill closely. It was $198, my husband added $40 for the tip and gave her $240 and we left. I thought it was a little high but we were in a hurry to get everyone home.

After we got home I started adding up the prices for everything and realized they added 18% to our bill for the tip. No one told us that they were doing that before or after we got the bill and the waitress didn't come back to say that the tip was already added. What a tip she got that night, almost $70. Thats what I call poor customer service.

When we go back, I will address the matter with them but I doubt they will do anything. I guess its the waitress who should fess up.

I know its our fault for not checking the bill closely but I would hope their were honest people out there.…

Horrible nasty service. We had a party of about 23people from the office, the bartender and the waitresses were extremely nasty. They practically yelled at one of us that asked if they had coffee, there are nicer ways to say you don't have coffee!!! no need to get nasty seriously.

At the end of the night someone asked if they had any desserts and they told us to go to TGI Fridays, and they kept repeating it about 5 times ....yes lady we heard you the first time.

Food ok, but really not worth putting up with the service.…

Good Deal Gone?. I am not a frequent patron of 199, maybe 5 times a year. The food is good. The lobster did seem kind of small compared to before? Price did go up. Dinner, two drinks and tip, $30-35 for one? Service is friendly.

Don't know why it is CASH only in todays swipe card society.…
