I was hearing some strange noises from my car, so, I brought it in. Alexis M. was so professional. I didnt feel like I was getting "sold" anything. Just an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

Normally, taking my car in for service is not the greatest experience. However, that has changed since I began bringing my car to Douglas Infiniti in Summit. I am always treated with respect and my car is always ready when promised. Alexis Maldonado explains everything clearly and honestly and makes me feel like family. I actually look forward to bringing my car in to be taken care of now!

I recently bought a preowned infiniti and although I did not purchase my car at Douglas, I would never go anywhere else for service. I was in contact with Alexis Maldonado who walked me through the service process. She treated me like I was purchasing a new car and made me feel confident in the dealership. My next car will hopefully be a new one and definitely from Douglas!

Top Service!!. I would happily recommend Douglas and specifically Alexis in the service department. It is always a pleasure working with this dealership. The service is efficient, my vehicle is always cleaned and the new facility is super comfortable. Ask for Alexis!!

I am fairly new to Douglas but after reading all the amazing reviews, I knew the service would be great. I have to say the service was actually amazing. I spoke with Alexis over the phone and she made the appointment process very smooth. When I arrived for service, she made me feel like I had been her customer for years. The process was painless and my car is perfect! I highly recommend Alexis and Douglas ;)
