PERFECT! Alexis TWO THUMBS UP!. Douglas is great because Alexis is PERFECT! she took me through step by step everything I needed and most importantly was professional courteous and geniunely cared about my needs. I wish there were more people in the world like her... Shes made me a lifelong customer with just one visit!

Top Notch Service!. I am always impressed by the amazing service I receive at Douglas Infiniti! Alexis has been my service advisor for years and I would never go to anyone else! My car is also fixed quickly and right the first time. The dealership is top notch!

The best service dapartment!. Mario Delgado recently helped fixing my Infiniti. I got my car back in no time and better than new! Mario was very knowledgable and professional. The service departmet always does a great job.

Always Exceptional!!. I recently had my car serviced and was extremely satisfied as I always am. Alexis is great to deal with, always knowledgeable and understanding. I would never deal with anyone else!! The entire Douglas staff is exceptional!!

Great Experience!!. Douglas is one of the best dealerships I have been to in a long time! I am new to the area and had an emergency which the service department handled professionally and promptly. Alexis told me to come right in and I was able to wait while my tire was repaired. She was extremely helpful and understanding of a difficult situation. I look forward to dealing with Alexis and Douglas as my dealership from now on!

FANTASTIC! Dealership and Service Department. I have purchased four vehicles from Douglas and the experience has been fantastic, thanks to Jamie Fishbane! But not only was purchasing of my G37IPL a great deal, but the service department is phenomenal and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Alexis always assists me with her knowledge and her patience in explaining detail information. She takes great pride in always making sure that I am completely satisfied with my vehicle serviced. By the way the entire service department from the best service manager, Gary, to Mario who has always been so helpful with his expertise, to Adam and Adriana, to the knowledgeable technicians and to the courteous valet guys Toby and Rafael. I thank you for all your fantastic service! And if anyone is looking for a great place to purchase a car Douglas is the place to go.

Excellent Service!!. I have been servicing my vehicle at Douglas Infiniti for years and continue to purchase my cars there due to their amazing service department. I am especially impressed with Alexis Vassilatos. She has always been courteous and professional. I trust her recommendations and have never had any issues at Douglas.
