Anna is the only person allowed to touch my hair. Like every woman, I've had dozens and dozens of haircuts in my life. A few have made me cry, and most have been okay but not good. In fairness, I have a thick head of unusually unmanageable hair, so most of the time it wasn't the hairdresser's fault.

Very few have been fantastic. Anna at Salon Athena is one of the fantastic ones. Ever since discovering her a year ago, she is the only person allowed to touch my hair. I save all haircuts for when I visit my parents in Chatham, just so I can get it done by Anna.
