An agreed and confirmed discounted price for a large "Sweet 16" birthday party group was not honored and cost me an extra $100! I was then offered an insulting $30 mani/pedi voucher as compensation for ripping me off. I promptly gave this away as I have no intention of ever returning to this salon. VERY DISAPPOINTED by their greedy and unprofessional behavior.

love this place!!. I've been a customer at this salon for several years. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
