There was a squeaking noise coming from under the hood as well as a "clunking" noise in the front end of my 2012 GLK 350. Both issues were taken care of under warranty and I was provided with a loaner. Max is my adviser and always takes good care of me.

I needed service for my S550, and as usual, I found the service department to be excellent. They are efficient and professional. Since I purchased the car about 2 years ago, Ed Salwan (my service rep) always been exceptionally helpful. It's because of this service that I'll be back at Morristown Mercedes when I need a new car.
