LOVE DRESSED TO THE NINES!!. I am currently in the process of getting my wedding dress from Dressed to the Nines, and it has been a fantastic experience so far! Janet (the manager) is straight-forward, energetic, and really knows her trade. I wandered into her store in Morristown on my first day dress shopping, and she was not afraid to get me out of my comfort zone and have me try things on I would never think of. Low and behold, the dress I fell in love with was one that she pulled for me! She has been a pleasure to work since day one. All of my fittings have been fun and easy... and her team is professional and sweet. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone.

AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. I have NEVER encountered such UNPROFESSIONALISM when shopping. I was more than happy to spend my money on a dress in their shop, however was DISGUSTED by the conversation I had with the so called "manager." Called once and she said the "whole system" was down. CALLED AGAIN and they would not commit to answering any questions over the phone. So if you are looking for a specific dress, they WILL NOT tell you if they have it or not...which is the weirdest thing I have ever heard. The BEST part of this horrible experience is the MANAGER ACCUSED ME OF "SHOPPING AROUND" over the phone and told me she could only answer questions in the store. DON'T DO IT, do not even waste your time. THE WORSTE experience I have ever had with a retail shop. REPORTING them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Very Happy Mother of the Bride!. This shop has a very nice selection of Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses. After visiting three other shops, I found my dress at Dressed to the Nines. The two women who helped me select my dress were great! I have a "hard to fit" body and they knew exactly which styles would flatter me best. What I thought would be a tough shopping experience turned out to be just the opposite. I left the shop feeling great and look forward to wearing my dress!

Many thanks to the staff.

A great experience. My experience at Dressed to the Nines Bridal was everything I had wanted it to be when looking for my bridal gown. The staff accommodated my visions as to what I had dreamed my dress would be. The small boutique atmosphere made me and my bridal party feel special. Not only did I buy my bridal gown there, but also my bridesmaids and my mother's gown. I would recommend Dressed to the Nines to anyone I know getting married.

Terrible Experience!. I went looking for a wedding dress and left almost in tears! The woman "helping me" was rude, refused to let me change with family and friends, yet consistently held the curtain of the room I was changing in open as other customers were walking by, and repeatedly brought me dresses that were not only out of my budget (which I reminded her of numerous times), but were ugly. I went looking for a fun experience and left feeling stressed out and upset. Each time I asked a question or made a suggestion to change my situation I was told, "That's not how we do it here." Apparently providing a positive memorable experience is not what they do and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They need a serious change of attitude, if not employees!

Nasty and Pricey. My wife is 6 months pregnant and is going to be in my sisters wedding in July. My sister chose dressed to the nines in morristown, and we have had nothing but problems. They wanted her to order a size that was way bigger than anything she would fit into and they insisted on it even after my wife told them it would be to big. The dress cost 280 dollars just to order and they wanted to charge her an additional 40 dollars for a piece of pink ribbon.. highway robbery. The dress came in and it is an absolute tent. It looks terrible. When she went to talk to them about the dress, the lady working there was very nasty to her, and wanted to charge her 175 more dollars to alter the dress. almost 500 dollars when it is said and done. Needless to say my wife is never returning to that dress shop and not giving her business to them. Worst customer service I have witnessed in my life.

A nice selection. This small shop has a very nice selection of wedding gowns. I was a little nervous when we first showed up because they were a half hour behind schedule and the sales woman was a little too eager with the woman before me. But when it was my turn I didn't feel rushed or like I was being "sold". The quality of the dresses was good and the prices were what you'd expect.

I haven't bought anything so I don't know if they follow through on the quality of service after the sale but it's worth a stop early on in your search.
