SCAM ALERT!. These people stole our money, never delivered our dresses to us, and now have claimed they are out of business for "unforeseen circumstances". They are a bunch of criminals!

Shop is officially closed. Got a call for the store today stating that due to unforeseen circumstance this store is closed indefinitely. They will be at the store this Friday July 29 2011 from 4pm-7pm. Anyone who has a dress at the store, it can only be pick it up then. That is the only day and time they will be open.

Payments need to be made in cash or personal check.

I am so sad to see them go. My girls got their dresses from them and one still has to pick hers up. I had nothing but great experience with them and hold the highest amount of respect for them, as I have heard of many store not notifying clients of their closure, or not being able to contact clients because clients have changed their contact information. Just wanted o give everyone a heads up..

Avoid this store at all costs. This is the worst place to get a bridesmaid dress and/or mother of the bride dress. My mom ordered her dress 5 months before my wedding. When she followed up a few months later, they kept saying they get one shipment a month and it would be coming in the next month and the next month. I call with a month away from my wedding questioning when the dress would arrive and I'm told that it would come in a week before the wedding. Apparently there was some issue with the dress and it was going back and forth to the manufacturer. Although, I'm not sure if this was the truth because the rude girl I spoke with didn't seem to know any of the details, which is ignorant because you better have all the details to explain to a customer why when a dress is ordered with plenty of time that it isn't going to arrive until a week before the wedding. I think they didn't order the dress when they should have and were trying to cover it up and realized they couldn't when they found out it wouldn't arrive until a week before the wedding. We cancelled the order and my mom got her dress at another store.. a professional store that doesn't disrespect customers and doesn't lie. Nonchalance isn't forthcoming with the truth and they are incompetent and rude. I would advise anyone to avoid placing an order with this store. If you are looking to be stressed out and lied to, then by all means, go here.. but I would think most people would want to lessen the amount of stress. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

User review by pattij75. I could not agree more that the people in this store are stuck up and obnoxious! I tell every person I can to avoid this store at all costs. They treat customers like dirt and blame you for their mistakes. The alterations were a disatster. Does the seamstress know how to cut a straight line? Be very careful if you need to get a dress here. Make sure you realize that they are snakes out to get your money in EXTRA ALTERATION FEES! Out of every experience Ive heard of, not one was a happy one.

attitude galore!. These women act like you should be well versed in being a bride's maid. They were rude and insulting every opportunity they got. I thought nothing could disgust me more than their attitudes until I saw the aweful altering job that was done to my already hideous bridal gown. I have never been treated so poorly. And to think...aren't weddings supposed to be happy occasions? Shouldn't this be a joyous store? Boy did they pick the wrong industry. If you have bridesmaids you hate, pick their gowns from this dump otherwise, keep driving.
