Since the Ramada brand made its debut in 1954 in Flagstaff, Ariz., the hotel franchise has been offering dependable accommodations with budget-wise perks. Families appreciate the kids-stay-free policy for children 17 and under staying with their parents. Other amenities usually include a swimming pool, full-service restaurant, lounge, in-room data ports and voice mail. Group rates--for wedding parties, corporate groups or family reunions--are available for parties requiring 10 or more rooms per night.

My Wedding Block. we had a group of rooms in which we all stayed there with a wedding block.

All our accomadations were met, and the staff was great. over all I have no complaints and i got a very good deal at the room rate

Nothing good to say the staff is rude and rooms had dirty creatures!!!. Never ever will our company stay at this hotel. The owner and manager are the rudest and the most horrible people i have ever encountered. Our company had booked rooms and he denied us all breakfast even though they advertise free continental breakfast. The CEO of our company could not even get coffee!! Mike, hotel manager, stated that she was no more important than her employees. Can you believe that!! Then stated that anyone wanting coffee it would be $5.00 per cup. Us knowing he said this to be a smartmouth. Kamal the owner calls travel agencies and begs for business but yet then treats guests like unimportant guests. I am so dissappointed. They had police there every night for illegal substances with certain guests and hotel staff that they had staying in the hotel, and this hotel is suppose to be buisness orientated. But you thought that was all didnt you, well it isnt. Mike then charged a 500 dollar charge onto the company card with no reason given. Our company has since contacted their credit card company and may be filling charges againt the hotel and the owner for theft. Filing charges is Per the credit card company. We will never ever stay with this hotel. They might drain your accounts!! This hotel makes Cendant properties look really bad and their franchise to this owner named Kamal should be stripped from them. Our company spent over 8000 dollars at this hotel and we will never again use this hotel again. We use Cendant all the time and we know that Cendant does not condone this type of behavoir by the staff of a hotel they put their franchise name in front of. If we were Cendant, we would really consider not letting this hotel use or even run our name in the mud as they have so disgracefully done.

Mold, Smells, and a damp room. PLEASE- do yourself a favor- Go somewhere else. We had to be nearby for a wedding shower it was the Bates revisited. The price was great but thats all I can say that was good
