I recently needed a modification on my Tundra wiring harness for towing. John was responsive, respectful and went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed on time and in the right way. I was able to keep an open communication with John through email which is huge for me because of the demands of my job. I don't have time to be calling the dealer every single time I have a question. It was nice to send a quick note out and not have to worry about getting a response. He responded every time which made the whole process smoother than it would have been otherwise. Thanks John!
Service Department - after servicing at another dealership and tired of being told "why don't you call your husband" every time they wanted me to have repairs done, I went to James Toyota. Kelly (female) helped me, and I appreciated her taking time to explain exactly what was and was not needed on my car without the condescending attitude of the other dealership. The prices she gave me were competitive, and I will definitely be back.
I was on 95 in Philly coming from Calabash, NC when I think every light went on. I stopped at James and Michele was my advisor. they took me almost immediately. With an oil change. tire rotation and 15,000 mile checkup I was out in little over an hour. Even had an exterior car wash. To say the least I was satisified.

He was helpful, knew the product and was polite. He is an asset to the James business. I will recommend him and James to friends looking at the Toyota line of vehicles.
Angel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me around and encouraged me to test-drive the car. I felt less intimidated. He was very enthusiastic and energetic showing me around. He was a good salesman. I liked the atmosphere and financial incentives.
Rosemarie was great. spent lots of time with us and was supper helpful. this was our second time we bought a new car from this dealer. would go back, but would look for Rosemarie, we loved her. and they have a place for kids, TV's all over and soda, coffee and popcorn.
Collin was very friendly and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. The rest of the staff that I also dealt with were very courteous and friendly as well. The best car buying experience I have ever had. It was quick and painless.
