I was recently in the market for a new vehicle. I always dread this, however Abe made the process very easy and convenient for me! I would recommend not only the dealership, but certainly my salesperson to anyone who asks! He was helpful without being pushy! I love my new car and the fact that it was not the grueling process it usually seems to be! Thanks again!!
No Gimmicks or hassels, a treat to buy a car here!!! Jerimiah is a great salesman( not pushy- and very helpful). I strongly recommend James toyota in Flemington to all. They also have a great service department, and soon a brand new building next to the old one.
My experience with this dealership has always been fantastic. People in sales & service are always courteous to me & my family. They always go out of their way to say hello. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Everytime I go to this dealership, it has always been a pleasant experience.
I bought a new toyota camry from James Toyota. Rosemary Navoa was my sales rep. She was simply excellent sales rep who puts the customer first. She gave me the same color with extra features I asked for and with an attractive price. Moreover she stayed back until 8:30 pm to make sure a perfect delivery.
We recently purchased a 2010 Rav4 from
James Toyota.
Our sales associate Ann Tom located the exact vehicle that
we were looking for ie color and features.
When we first walked in the dealership Ann greeted us with a friendly smile a hello and a pleasant may I help you. We told her that we were interested in a 2010 Rav4, she aked us if were wanted to test drive one. During the test drive she answered any questions we had about the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about its features and operation.We negotiated a reasonble price and closed the deal. No sales pressure or would "you like to purchase a vehicle they had in stock." I highly recommend Ann Tom as the sales associate for your next car purchase at James Toyota.
PS The entire staff was very curtious before and after we
picked up the Rav 4.

It was hasslefree car shopping experience. We bought Toyota Camry LE. We were researching online for hasslfree dealership and based on review I found James Toyota. Angel Torres gave us an excellent customer service.I would referred to my friends and family. It's 30 miles drive from where I live but the distance didn't matter when I received excellent service.
Customer service and the overall sales experience at James Toyota Scion was excellent! Shopped around several Toyota dealerships in Pennsylvania and grew tired of the "games", several friends recommended James Toyota in NJ and they met my price and vehicle needs. Would definitely recommend!
Jeremiah Hupka was very helpful and efficient. He made it an easy choice to buy from James Toyota. He found the color / model of Prius I wanted within 24 hrs and offered first-rate assistance on the purchase. Compared with other dealers in my vicinity, Jeremiah was by far the most professional.
I've already recommended Mike and James Toyota to two of my. When I decided to review my remaining car payments and the the value of my current car, it became clear to me that I needed to take some action. (My boyfriend has been nagging me to do this for a year) The time had come. The thing that all women dread. No, not gray hairs or even wrinkles, but having to go to a car dealer! Don't get me wrong, I love my Camry. While I didn't buy it at James, I have had it serviced there for the entire time and have been happy with the service I received. My boyfriend made a phone call and we went down about 30 minutes later. Just the thought of going into these places, the smell of tires and floor mats....it's enough to make a girl recoil. However, much to my amazement,it was as painless as it could possibly have been. From beginning to end, I was treated with great care. My salesman, Mike Rufo did a wonderful job. He was professional, knowledgeable and curteous. He answered all my questions and I walked out with the car I wanted at a fair price. EVERYONE we encountered, from the greeting to the delivery of my car was very good at their job. Who knew getting a new car could be so effortless? I've already recommended Mike and James Toyota to two of my friends.
went way out of his way. We really enjoyed the friendliness of Angel and the other reps. who helped us. Angel went way out of his way to make us a good deal on our vehicle including holding the doors open past closing to ensure we had time to make up our minds and buy the car.
