Don't subject yourself to staying at this place, the elderly owner could not be any more inhospitable, he acted aggressively during the stay, and started yelling and snatched the plastic key card claiming to be security, caused a scene at the front desk and we gladly took our $$ and children to the gracious Hilton down the strip.... Vote with your credit card like we did and keep driving...there are many more options along 59W who take pride in treating their guests with care and provide good service.

this didn't help at all. the only comments were from the owner and who knows, the sales person. of course they are going to say these great things. i would rather read a guest comment saying it was just okay then to read all this blah blah blah.
