Delicious sushi. Warm cozy atmosphere.. After reading about other sushi places in the area on City Search, I had to try this one. It was very quaint and inviting. Everyone who worked there was warm and hospitable?especially the sushi chef. The sushi was out of this world! I recommend sitting at the bar. I?m from Chicago and I will make a point to stop here again the next time I am back in town.

Undisputed Sushi Master. Former owner of Hinode in Piermont, Su Lim, is now the mastermind behind this intimate New City sushi restaurant. Lim's creative genius is present in every bite, from his spicy tuna to his perfect unagi to the freshest uni, and to his unique "New City Roll" with finely sliced apple, spinach and smoked salmon, all craveable delicacies. The staff is as warm and welcoming as they were at Hinode, making the trip from Boston well worth it every time.

From Piermont to New City, still the BEST!. We tracked down Lim from his previous restaurant in Piermont, Hinode. His new location in New City is even better. Lim is a master sushi chef. His creations are fresh, clean and delicious. I drive up from Manhattan regularly just to experience it. Lim also happens to be the sweetest man you'll ever meet. I love him and his sushi!
